I have found that I can use less than suggested on the bottle and still recieve the benefits. I have been using the same bottle for quite some time now.

Man I should try that -my legs are fried from this new squat program. I generally only use it on my hands and wrists and occasionally my knees.

I usually use it on my wrists and elbows but tried it on my knees today before my leg workout. They feel pretty good right now. Hopefull this prevents any knee pain tomorrow.

Justs got back from a squat session and i applied a lil skelly balm befor hand and i really liked the effects- my knees seemed to warm up easier and with less pain.
