Need 2 Sleep

I've been using it for when I take my pre-workout too late and it's preventing me from going to sleep. Or when my roommates are being jackass 18 year old(which they are) and I need to fall into deep sleep ASAP.

I find that it kicks in faster when I open the two caps and mix them into a nighttime protein shake....doesn't taste bad either

N2sleep has helped me in a couple different ways. I usually don't have problems sleeping, but I do have a 9 month old at home, which can really cut into your sleep at times, especially when you workout at 6 am...If I've lacked sleep for a couple days in a row, I pop a couple n2sleep and I will wake up feeling much more refreshed and recovered

Agreed. It definitely makes the sleep you do get more effective and especially in your case when you aren't getting enough of it

I've been using need 2 sleep for over a year + now off and on.def one of my favorite supplements.def a staple item for those that need to sleep...no pun intended.

Having a baby at home definitely cuts into the sleep. need2sleep has mananged to make those rough nights much more manageable for sure

Great point...when you can get some sleep! I remember those days, thank God they are over lol! My wife loves this product, although I had to make her take a break from them due to she will take them every night...I will only use these on the weekends when I can sleep in a bit, otherwise it is difficult to drag my as* out of bed at 4 a.m. for my workouts during the week.

all i need is 1 cap for an amazing nights sleep, if i take two caps i feel my dreams are actually too realistic and i wake up feeling like i just experienced whatever the dream was....1 cap alone keeps me asleep with good dreams and helps make a bottle last awhile

Yeah man I totally agree. I find with melatonin based products often time less is more. I mean a higher dose will definitely knock you out, but sometimes I find if I go above 3mg I get a bit drowsy in the morning.

Same here... Ive had some for quite some- just use it from time to time as needed.
