Default Digesta Matrix and Advanced Probiotic

I have been using this combo for awhile now and it has done wonders for my digestive system. I am a big advocate of a healthy GI tract. After all, we do want or body to utilize all the good food we eat right? This is a great combo for anyone looking to improve digestive or for someone experiencing digestive issues.

i love the digestive matrix....i've been using it pretty steadily the last 4 or 5 months

kind of unrealted but i was dealing with pain in my neck and other body parts and made the decision that i should spend time on worrying about my overall health....so ruthless 3d and digestive matrix have almost became staples for me since then.....i've always taken a multi but i think ruthless 3d is better quality than a lot of multis

might have to try the probiotics one day, but yogurt and greek yogurt are staples in my everyday diet so i never have gotten around to add more

Love Ruthless multi! It is many of the basic aspects of our health that we take for granted until something starts bothering us. Probiotics, quality multi, digestive enzymes etc. are all staples of mine now.

I have experienced some great effects from both products. What prescription are you on?

Ya that is a serious dose. I think I have seen up to 75 otc but thats about it. Did it take your stomach time to adjust to that type of dose?

The probiotic portion seemed to help the most when it comes to dairy. You may also want to look into picking up some lactase enzyme and see if that helps.

The Advanced Probiotic has really done great things for my GI tract and stomach comfort. It is really worth a shot.

They are starting to carry it in speciaty grocery stores. Its real pricey but man its so much better than conventional milk. Those who have issues with lactose usually find that they tolerate raw dairy products just fine.

Makes sense. There wouldnt be any degradation of the enzymes and bacteria in the milk. The is a small health food store in my area. I dont think they carry it but I bet the lady would get some in for me.
