530-began hammy workout
550-can def feel the yohimbine kicking in as I sweat profusely.
7pm-post weight cardio
for 30 mins.
As fatigued as I am I still managed to knock it out while keeping my targeted heart-rate

1 hour cardio with two 2N2BURN caps. Great energy and sweat puddle
Evening weights: 2 N2BURN and no energy. Just one of those days where I had to dig deep

AM cardio with two 2N2BURN caps still working for me
