Damn! Someone has been enjoying their rebound, lol... I imagine you've regained at least a few pounds since the show, lol..
Good job on the fifth place- it kind of hard to imagine someone with your lines, size and condition not winning, but this whole mpd thing is new and no one is really sure what exactly it is the judges are looking for- it's even more subjective than BB'ing! Anyways man, great work with this log and your contest prep- you killed that shit and looked great, bro, congrats!

After being off from the gym for 3 days for a contest and having a nice 48hr binge, I was ready to get back at it.
0800-two N2BURN pills.
0830-train (chest supersetted with biceps)
Energy, and strength were back to normal!

0500- up for 45mim fasted cardio. 1 cup of coffee, two N2BURN pills
0530- energy remaining at a high peak giving me the intensity needed to burn off the weekends sodium overload.
500PM: FINAL two N2BURN pills
530PM: train (quads/calves/abs)

Final review:
N2BURN did exactly what they said it will do.
During a contest prep you need all the extra energy you can get as you're operating on low fats/carbs as it is.
N2BURN never let me down. Every morning it was there for me for my pre one hour cardio sessions and then again for my pre-workout.
I believe N2BURN helped me push thru several of my grueling workouts and cardio sessions whichever my prep that much easier.
I would recommend this product to anybody nearing the end of their contest prep who is struggling searching for that extra boost of intensity for their training sessions or, of you're currently stuck in a rut using some highly marketed scam fat burner that is doing what they promised.
