Locking out may place more stress on your knees and less on your calves. I never lock them but go close.

Not at all. Just combined chest day and arms day because I skipped yesterday. Donated blood at the mall after seeing the new Liam Neeson action flick. Central Pennsylvania Blood Bank had a bus outside the theater entrance. I've donated four going on five gallons since 1988.

We did a blood drive at one of the schools i subbed at Friday, sad only 25 people signed up out of the 500 at the school.
