Uh, I suspect Bob will agree: if you do Six Ways as a shoulder finisher, one CAN kill it with pink DBs and be proud of it!
For the record, I use 8s for that exercise...and quite proud of my purple 8s. I've seen Bob use 10s. Even the pink 5s are highly resepectable for Six Ways.2016 RX Member of the Year & March 2015 Member of the Month

I just did delts a few hours ago and incorporated them. It is different but It will now be a staple of the delt workout. I like it.

I will try 4 sets standing and 4 sets seated next time along with the other shoulder exercises. A little experiment.
