I tried the one with two 5 pound plates in one of the videos standing up. I will go with 10's and see how that goes seated. Hey it is a new discovery for me. I always do a lot of seated shoulder presses and then side laterals with dumbells and the front raises with dumbbells. The seated shoulder press is my main go to workout. Sometimes I skip the others when really worn out or out of time.

The feel of the dumbbells may also be different vs the plates. Worth a try.

I weighed 181 on the nose this morning. Believe I'll be able to hit 178 by Saturday afternoon (after an hour of fasted cardio).
