Next step is half that amount, brother.
Five hundred? Probably never. The most I've ever done was a sloppy round-backed 365 as a kid.
It would be awesome to be a powerhouse for 24 hours.
Bench 405 for 20, squat 600 for 30, press 315 for 20.
