Very proud of you, Curt! Isoholds are no joke, even at a measly 5 seconds, as you found out. John Meadows is known for doing those so you know it's up there on the madness scale. Check out what GD and I are doing on leg curls in our journals - starting with 5 sec isohold on the first set and adding another 5 sec to each set.
