Yay-yeah! I do that exercise as a finisher on shoulder days. Six Ways is to delts as pullups are for back: crazy humbling and highly underrated. Sneaks up on you (at least it does for me) about the 5th rep, cross eyes, delts on fire after the 3rd set. Guaranteed ridunculous pump!

Food poisoning or some kind of stomach bug hit on Saturday right about the time I started working out. Not good.
And it got worse. Around midnight I was curled up in bed praying for the end. lol
Felt better Sunday, but it was off and on today. :-/
