Well, I got 225 for 5, 5, 5, 4, and 2 reps. -_-
I'm dropping weight and trying to fix my form. Someone at the Y repeated what others have told me: knees too close, knees not tracking over feet, leaning too far forward, and other sins.

Last workout was the end of September!
I'm doing a 5-day split now, on 1,600 calories/day, 4x15, 30 secs rest between sets. Down five pounds the first week back. Looking to get lean. Definitely not now. lol

5 pounds in a week is a lot. I would start the calories higher. Give yourself flexibility when you stall instead of dropping kcals low. Better to have wiggle room when you hit roadblocks then drop the kcals real low out of the gate.
