    Bah! My blood work came back with something like 230 cholesterol. I haven't seen the results. Nurse told me over the phone. >:-(

    At one point (twenties) I had sub 100 cholesterol. 50 is NOT the new 20, fyi. lol

    Getting an early start. I like this split, but calves are a non-factor for me. My calves attach directly behind my knees. Lol (cries)
