Bah! My blood work came back with something like 230 cholesterol. I haven't seen the results. Nurse told me over the phone. >:-(
At one point (twenties) I had sub 100 cholesterol. 50 is NOT the new 20, fyi. lol
Enjoying grilled chicken and rice with veggies right now.
Someone somewhere said fasted cardio is not effective for fat loss. I just wanted to get my blood flowing a bit (only 3.0 speed) while I got some work done online.

Lol Yeah, but those 3 sets hardly count.
Plus it took two hours to get that sparse amount of (cough) work done.
Otoh, plenty of people do nothing at all.
