Not my fault if you don't want to stretch, roll, or take 5-10 minutes wto help capitalize on something that would aid your recovery and how you feel on a day to day basis.
Would end up saving you $$$ to visits at the chiro, or getting ART (if you decide to in the future)

Highly suggest you try a 5-second isohold at the end of each set of leg curls. It is so much fun! GD and I can do 30 seconds, 5 will be just right for you. Don't chicken out, you will thank us.
