Did or does Jay do much cardio? I know he had cardio equipment in at least one of his DVDs.

He does cardio everyday, first thing in the am.
He has a treadmill and Stairmaster in his garage. I don't think I've ever seen him on the treadmill.
I believe that's what he did during his competitive years too. Obviously bumping to twice a day during prep.
He's always on my ass about not doing cardio, especially as I get older. Gonna be 50 in about a month.CutlerAthletics.com
