There should be no pressure on rotator cuffs with destroyers. if you keep your chest elevated and roll your shoulders back all the momentum and tension should be on nothing but your rear delts, nothing on your arms or forearms.

I did six reps and was, "Why is this so heavy?" Had machine set at 100. Der.

Well here is the tbing
if your squeezing so hard on the weight where's your forearms and traps and tight your taking all the tension off your read delts and shoulders which defeats the purpose of proper form
what courage do you need to do an isolation when you already squat which requires more courage ?2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

The courage to wade into a packed area of the gym and do an unusual exercise, especially being as uncoordinated as I am. Also, I have these fantasies of dropping 50# dumbbells on the feet of people who want to discuss exercise form with me. Destroyers seem like an open door to those kind of people.
