If you watched more soothing movies then perhaps you'd fall asleep more easily. ;-)
Seriously, I wonder what makes the difference. I don't ever remember (but, hey, my memory is garbage, so...) having difficulty falling asleep. I'm big on naps, too.
I'd probably trade some easy sleep for the occasional insomnia if it came with extra energy and strength.

I'm all about the nap.
And if not five minutes, an easy 10 or 20 tops. I turn on a 30-minute podcast or start an episode of Heavy Muscle Radio at bedtime and I never make it that far into it.
I just picked up an aux cable to hook my phone to my car speakers. Never knew that was available. Fifteen bucks and now I can listen to HMR in my car! :-D
Glad I fall asleep easily. Also don't suffer from headaches or migraines. Guess only being able to move pink dumbbells is not such a bad trade off.
