Lots of reps and sets, little to no rest between most sets, 30 seconds between heavier sets, lots of strip sets , super and giant sets and up n down the rack sets.

It was a cabana thing at the ballpark. I walked down and was taking videos (check my Facebook) and was carrying a plastic cup of ice water. Told the man that I should trade my water in for something stronger. He recommended something he said was 9.2 (? maybe I have that wrong) and I agreed, took my dark beer, and wandered off.
Don't recall what it was at all. (And all I had had was the water and a Diet Pepsi!)
