What time you have to be at school? if your sessions are 45 minutes tops, you could easily be up at 5
have a coffee
get to the gym by 5:15, get it done by about 6:15 latest

Just an option thats all. Can't knock it till ya try it. May free up your nights, be easier to do lesson plans and also wind down.
