    Really went to town on them dips! Time to do them unassisted, even if you only get 3-5.

    I would love to hit a 135 max on bench. My wrists would argue otherwise. LOL.

    I'm hoping they don't give me any issues or complaints tomorrow or Friday. My wrists are a decidedly non-mountain man 6 1/2 inches around. Tinker Toys easily stressed. >:-(

    But, yeah, I was very happy with 4x10 on bench even with the 135. And then a decent set with 150.

    Brief but brutal (for me).

    Mine are just 5". When I started working with Dave Pulcinella and I told him the numbers I was moving he told me get wrist wraps and use them for all pressing movements. I bought the cheap ones from Walmart and surprisingly they really do help. Never felt the need to upgrade for 4 years until recently entering a bench meet.

    How easy is it this school year to get to the gym compared to last year? I recall last year you weren't sure you could keep consistent gym time.

    If your back is a mess and it's leg day, you might want to consider single leg variations. I like doing them in the Smith. Split squats or Bulgarians (and other single leg squats/lunges) don't require a ton of weight to be effective and both are total badass exercises! Because you are working only one leg at a time without the spine compression you can really smoke your legs once you get the hang of it. Balance is taken out of the equation in the Smith too (think it's kind to your spine stabilizers).

    I stay up too late and have not been getting the proper meals. Just have to get my ish together. lol
