Nice job Curt!! I did the ice bucket challenge Sunday. I actually have a former employee that is stricken with the disease. He is like a second father to me. This disease is terrible. The ice bucket challenge is a great thing and has brought much needed awareness to this disease.

Yes, sir. Totally agree on raising awareness. And no one can argue with the jump in donations apparently related to the challenge. Sorry about your friend. This could hit anyone. :-/

I just can't bring myself to get up before it's absolutely necessary. Not wired that way... or haven't worked up any Early Morning Courage™.

Exactly where is the profit, brother?

I guess it would feel good to get up, knock it out, and have the entire day to myself. Would seem like boot camp again. But, yeah, I'd need someone to bang metal trash can lids together to get me out of bed at 4 a.m. lol

Already done with my workout right now
honestly once you start getting into the groove its second nature
and you have the rest of the day to do lesson plans, wind down, prep food etc...
