Where was that show?

Legs in under 45 min. Nice work! (Seriously! No way will you get me hammering legs with heavy squats down to 2 reps in under an hour. I'd puke faster than you could say superset! LOL!)

Well props for the consistent training that has got you to that 195x2. Even if it's not Juan-comparable, I'm gonna venture a guess it didn't FEEL like something to sneeze at, for YOU. Just sayin.

That's what happens when there's no talking in the gym. Had my phone on me the whole time. Mark sets and reps directly in my training journal via my phone.
There were only two other members in the gym for most of my workout. Was surprised I got it all in. Assumed I'd only get squats done.
