No, no, no. I had at least a 30-minute intermission. There was a father and son doing presses in the squat rack. I'm standing there biting my tongue.
Another guy was squatting some serious weight (from my perspective anyway) in the power rack next to the squat rack while this kid and his dad were doing presses with 85 lbs. I'm thinking...
Eventually, things opened up and I was able to get things done and still make it to see Birdman at a theater maybe five minutes from the gym.

Three sets with 185. Few months ago (after a year's worth of atrophy) I was struggling with 115 lbs. D'OH!

I have a few dumbbells here (besides myself, of course), but not much besides that for a home gym. Gold's is $20 per month and maybe five minutes from my front door.
