    1,479 calories so far today. May end the night with a tablespoon of peanut butter, but might call it a day now.

    187 lbs. after my evening meal of a chicken breast sandwich, lettuce, tomato, baked potato, applesauce with cinnamon, and black coffee.

    On treadmill now.

    3.0 speed, 2.5 incline, just passed 18 minutes of 30 I can squeeze in before the gym closes.

    A teacher shared a Kit Kat bar with me, I had a banana that was going to get overripe, and I had four creamers with my coffee instead of drinking black.

    That accounts for 280 calories or so. I could have ditched the mayo for another 90 or the pb for 100 and met goal, but I'm not sweating it. Sitting at 185 lbs.

    I entered 185 as my weight in that calorie calculator...

    That dropped me to lower cals to maintain a two pounds per week weight loss. Iiiiiiiii'm not doin' it.

    Those calculator things tell me I need to drop well below 1000 calories for weight loss. And they tell me my maintenance calories are around 1,200. Ummm, nope, not doing it. I'll do what it takes to maintain at 2,300 to 2,500 and stay around 1,800-1,900 at the end of my diet.

    I don't know how you do it, Curt. Mad props for sticking to those numbers - even with the KitKat.
