Tomorrow's goals are 5x5 with 215 squats, 145 bench, and 140 rows.
Man, I just saw a guy's biceps roll up his arm about a second into doing a heavy deadlift with a switch grip, is it called? Over-under. Ouch! It was either on Facebook or IG, I forget, but it was a bad deal for that guy. O.o
One thing about being weak asf is that I've never had a muscle tear. D'OH!

Blows my mind to see some people lift very hard and risk injury.
Why bother? Lift smart, focus on tension, and slowly add weight.

Got 5x5 with 215 after missing it the one workout and only doing four sets of five during the next workout. I actually lost count. lol Counting to FIVE? Wtf? I did four sets of five, stripped the bar, and then looked at my app which noted I had only done four sets. Duh.
150 bench 5x5 and 145 bb rows for 5x5.

Heard about that pass, I just don't have the time to crush the theater as much as I would like to. I am slacking and have yet to watchg GOTG2 yet (Don't hurt me) haha.
Hey man. When I get older if I can stay as consistent as you it will be a blessing. Just goes to show you got your priorities in check. Gotta respect that.

I don't cry.
Certainly not often. Think the last time was 1990 something. My cat died and I was surprised by huge tears pouring out of my face.
On Friday, I almost cried tears of joy. ALMOST.
Got 225 on squat for 5, 5, 5, 4, and 2 reps.
