Curt I work around and deal with people who are out of shape fatasses who moan constantly about how they are going to "get in shape" and then they never make even the slightest effort to exercise even a little or improve their diet.They eat enchiladas and refried beans until their big fat bellies are about to explode while making fun of me for eating a salad with grilled chicken and then they rub their bloated belly and tell me "yeah I'm going to start exercising" and they neverdo.....so I repeat...nice job!

I just picked up about 5 pounds of skinless grilled chicken breasts. Going to pop them in my crock pot before I go to bed. Also picked up four bottles of hot sauce. Sticking to the program.
