Great advice from Ken Theissen via Facebook:
Getting it done my training friends .
Tip of the day ... ... in the gym , make it old school .. lots of reps and sets .. little to no rest between most sets ... 30 sec between heavier sets ... lots of strip sets , super and giant sets and up n down the rack sets and the physique will respond . Unless you are a powerlifter the only thing you need to know about the weight is if it balanced on either side or if you have two of the same dumbbells .. the numbers mean nothing .
There ya go .. hit it hard n make every rep count .

Nope.
I had four eggs for breakfast and a zero-calorie drink and a chicken breast for lunch, so I'm back on the keto wagon. I'm counting last week as a week from training and also a cheat week. lol
The ball game had food provided. My part-time employer invited us to a sky box seat? I'd never been in one. It was sweet. Make your own tacos with beef and chicken and the works. Rice and refried beans. Had a Diet Pepsi, fwiw, but, yeah, I also had a beer.

Dominos? Uh, no thank you. DIY tacos? All over that. I serve that to the fam and then make lettuce wraps with whatever protein I'm eating and top with salsa. Yum.
