I can get a good workout at either gym. They've never stopped me from doing deads there and at my current 185 lbs. (tonight's deads), really, who would even notice?
Likewise my other numbers. I'm no powerhouse.

Honestly, pizza isn't even my thing...It used to be like in 2011....I would eat 1.5 large pizzas, 1/2- 3/4 gallon of ice cream plus w/e else...I've been a burger and ONE pint of B&J guy the last year or two.

Squat racks were loaded up when I arrived. Moved the exercise to the end of the routine. Sure, I could have destroyed them, but, hey, I'm a peaceful man.
