Different goals. I want to lose this itty bitty figure look AND blow off steam so I don't take it out on innocent family members. Plus I have to make a VERY conscious effort to grow. At all. That said, I'm glad I could inspire you to add chins. Even assisted they are badass!

Chins are the way to go. Not saying they have to be done instead of pulldowns in every back workout.
I do them every third time.
Currently I can do +50 for about 6 reps. They are definitely not full range but they ain't have reps either.CutlerAthletics.com
