Did or does Jay do much cardio? I know he had cardio equipment in at least one of his DVDs.

This.... i pay 24.99 so 25$ and i love my gym, i would never trade it for that price and it has all the HS and Free weights you need.

Ummm. Am I missing something or does that Friday leg day look a little...umm..sparse?

I did squats tonight -- Thursday. Going to do the superset tomorrow and calves along with my regular Friday Chest routine.

He does cardio everyday, first thing in the am.

He has a treadmill and Stairmaster in his garage. I don't think I've ever seen him on the treadmill.

I believe that's what he did during his competitive years too. Obviously bumping to twice a day during prep.

He's always on my ass about not doing cardio, especially as I get older. Gonna be 50 in about a month.

In his garage? I would think that he has his own full gym in the basement or some wing of his house. I hear he and Kerry are well off.

Oh, sorry to hear that. It's been years but I saw pics of a sprawling mansion with more than enough rooms for a full gym. Kerry was very hot. Too bad it did not work out. What is she up to now?

She still lives here and works for a plastic surgeon.
