I definitely look better than the untrained 170something, but nothing to write home about. Want to tighten up a bit while still hitting the weights before any comparisons with my nightmare before shots.

The supersets keep me coming back. Briefer workouts are definitely a plus.
A co-worker commented that I look better than I did the one year when I dropped down to 149 lbs. (for two seconds)
I'm around 50 lbs. heavier now, but remember her being concerned for my health. I did look bad. That was my high school weight... well, more like 15-years-old.
Think she thought I had cancer.
I'd like to drop to 180 to show some veins and have a tighter waist. We'll see.
