Got 275 for 10 on deads recently (see boldfaced :-D). I'd love to beat my 20something (sloppysloppy rounded-backed) best of 365 but with good form, but, yeah, 315 for a triple is definitely in striking distance.
The high rep leg presses get your attention, that's for sure.
Thanks for the bump. I skipped Tuesday's workout. :-/Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!

I agree 275 for 10 makes for a possible 315 for 3, and Congratz.
I've found higher rep ranges for legs is magic for hypertrophy.
Keep em Rollin'

How right you are, some people have an over abundance of type I fibers for Type IIA/B or vice versa. And even then some have a better mind muscle connection and can do fewer reps vs others; myriad variables really. I was just stating for me when I bumped rep range to 12-16 for all leg exercises it was huge for gains but then again legs have always been a strong suit for me.

Thanks, Last. My eight-foot-long arms make dead lifting the lift for me of the power three.
Thanks, Diggy!
Will do. Getting my food on point would probably help immensely.
Thank you, Bob! Bodybuilding-wise nothing suits my Chihuahua self. lol
Not only the fiber types — speaking of variables — but the length of individual muscles and their insertions. Ellington Darden has at least one article discussing size and strength potential based on insertions and individual leverages.Facebook | Instagram | Twitter | Join Rx Muscle on Facebook!
