    I don't know. I haven't been looking at or calculating macros, fat, carbs, protein, just calories.

    In the past I had a total grams of daily protein I was shooting for.

    183.6 lbs. just now.

    My maintenance (for 177 lbs.) was calculated by some online gizmo as 2,333 calories per day.

    I'm down from 200, but nearing 185 now I must be miscalculating my daily calories.

    Online calculators are not avcurate
    they are too generic and won't be s good starting point

    Too many factors:
    age
    weight
    height
    training volume
    training frequency
    ampunt of cardio
    NEAT

    all of these are factors to what your kcals should be and adjusted. Better to start at X or Y and adjust based off mirror or appearance

    Many of those factors are included in the gizmo's settings or questions.

    Not that that would make it any more accurate, especially, but 1,483 certainly had me dropping weight. That and a regular cheat meal to keep me from going into some kind of starvation shutdown.

    That recommends 2,679 to maintain 184 lbs.

    Currently I'm aiming for 2,333 to maintain 177 lbs.

    I've been sitting steady at around 183 lbs. for weeks.

    1400 is straight bikini prep status for calories. Especially for someone your weight and height that is extremly low.
    It states i should consume 3500 to gain 2lbs a week. That barley made the scale move for me at all. Which is not real accurate.
    Says i need 2300 to maintain, and that is way low.

    Again.. Don't trust everything you read or see.

    Contest diet: 4 days 0 carbs, followed by one day where I don't even freakin count the carbs. I have literally eaten a whole birthday cake on my carb day before. Works for me....no one correct formula for everyone.contest pic 2 (483x720) (2).jpg
