Macros do = calories. Once you hit your P/C/F you could just x4(Pro/Carb) or x9 (For fat) and get your kcals. I am in the same nature i have certain goals I like to meet, but don't really stress if i am 3-5g short or over on my macros since I know I am close to my desired targets.
But Bold = $$$$$$$$ Pizza and ice cream does a body good!

Hey, who knows? But I've only been doing cardio on my non-training days and often I'll miss a day. The most I've done, iirc, has been an hour. Most sessions are 30 minutes at just 3.0 speed. And at least one session was just 20 minutes.
Was at 191.7 lbs. recently. Started at 210.1, I think. That's the heaviest I've been in my life. Pretty sure I can attribute that to a combination of getting older, Little Caesars Pizza and Netflix.

Scivation is not holding a booth. We are putting all of our money in making a new branch company (Releasing a few products off of that company) , releasing 3 new flavors of Xtend, we launch Quake 10.0 this week (new pre-workout), and we have a powdered version of Flexatril in the works (our joint product)
Mike also has 3 more studies coming out on Peak02 in different doses to back xtend perform and quake which both utilize that ingredients for performance, endurance, and recovery.2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

190.8 lbs. before the Arnold, 189.6 lbs. this morning.
That's down 20.5 lbs. from 210.1 lbs.
Had one cheat meal at SuperChef's, a double shot of Jack at Martini's, and another shot of Jack at the bar in the Hyatt. The rest of the weekend was keto, mostly eating at a great restaurant called Chicken 'n Eggs plus a steak at Applebee's.
