    I'm doing a push-pull-legs routine, but it's more like chest-back-"oh, shit I have to do laundry" routine. Heading to Planet Fitness for legs next. Gold's closed at 5, it's 7 now. lol

    Sticking to my diet, but not dropping as quickly as I'd like. "As I'd Like" would equal something like, "Hey, I'm 175 lbs. and 8% bf in two seconds!" :-D

Started at 210 lbs. and sitting around 192/193 according to the digital scale. I should have dipped under 190 by now. grrr Haven't had a cheat in some time, so maybe that's the stall. Honestly, I'm not concerned. When the ladies see me eating chicken at work they can't understand why I'm dieting. I'm tall and narrow and seem to cover my gut and man boobs quite efficiently. Will post pics of the 210 catastrophe when I hit 180 lbs. See what a 30# drop looks like.

    What are your total macros in a day? Egg Whites, Chicken, and whey sounds like a Protein only diet.
    Are you doing a PSMF type diet? or are you adding fats in there (I think you are doing keto)

    a refeed could be just what you need to get your fatloss rolling again.
