This is a three-fer. lol
I did Tuesday's and Thursday's workout this morning. Going back for Friday's workout this afternoon. We had a music and arts festival from 4:30 to 6 p.m. on the one day this week, I had a terrific sunburn last Friday (field day with the students from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., three-legged race, relays, and more) and it laid me low for the weekend and the beginning of the week.
My scalp was f'd. Had a long sleeve shirt on but my hands and wrists are still peeling and bright red. I must have lost a pound of flesh.
People pay for chemical peels. I let Mother Nature take care of me. Watch me get skin cancer over this. grrr

I am going out to get some sun, but maybe 15 minutes. Take care of that skin. PQQ and Ubiquinol to kill those free-radicals.

Finished off my workout day with some cardio, 3.0 speed, 2.0 incline for just over 32 minutes and about 1.6 miles.
