Looks like a good chest, shoulder, tricep day. Had to look up "Face pulls" even though I did them in my last shoulder workout. Listed them in my journal as "Rear Delt High Rope Pulls" not knowing the name, lol. I had the pulley set on highest point but I see some set it to even from your head. Not sure what you went with. Seems some do it for rear delt and some do it for back. Just a matter of where you're concentrating on contracting would be my guess. I have used the reverse flye for either as well.

Had mine set at the highest point, too. Trying to contract or work all those tiny rotator fibers.

^^^ I'd almost like to peel four inches off my height and add them to my clavicles. That would give me at least a bit of width and still have me at 5'9".
