Honestly man
its a MIND OVER MATTER feature. the more you say your not a morning person. if you consistently wake up at 5 AM for 2 weeks your body will get use to it, throw yourself a curve ball and wake up early in a random day or so and yeah its out of your "Comfort" zone, so of course its going to feel off.
Just like meal frequency too. Go from eating 6 meals to 3 meals and your body will be like WTF due to gherlin the body hunger hormone. Once you adapt to an eating pattern your body is use to eating that those times like a program/robot.
many methods to the madness, but if you want to get something done you know what need to be done. Adjust the mindset!2013 & 2014 RX Member of the Year

Can you imagine Batman as a morning person?
Superman is powered by the sun while Batman comes out at night. While we both look like Lex Luthor -- you, the younger more jacked version, and me, the older version who can't cook -- I'm definitely leaning towards the Batman approach.

Hey ill keep my sunlight, i only sleep 3-4 hours some nights but it is what it is. Gotta get it in. Nobody else gonna do it for me.

There were three racks of dumbbells, a heavier rack and also a lighter rack.

At the gym now. ______ abounds. ______ doing squats off one of those bouncey balls. He's in a squat rack and the ball is seated in a broken step thingy... like a cup in a saucer.
But what's worse... ______ is stronger than me.
Soooo I guess that makes me... a jealous ______. Lol
