    The last workout is absent squats and hacks because my lower back is tight. Was at the chiropractor recently but doesn't seem to have worked its typical magic.

    Not my fault if you don't want to stretch, roll, or take 5-10 minutes wto help capitalize on something that would aid your recovery and how you feel on a day to day basis.

    Would end up saving you $$$ to visits at the chiro, or getting ART (if you decide to in the future)

    Highly suggest you try a 5-second isohold at the end of each set of leg curls. It is so much fun! GD and I can do 30 seconds, 5 will be just right for you. Don't chicken out, you will thank us.
