Sometimes puking can be a good thing. But I wouldn't want to make a habit of it. lol No!
Not recently. I can certainly afford to with three jobs, but have discovered the joys of grilled chicken from my local Giant grocery store. Eight ounces or so for, like, two bucks. What's not to love?
I've had success cutting using a keto approach.
But, yeah, I saw your recent post about eating a ton of carbs since you workout first thing in the a.m.
Make all the recommendations you want, brother.
And today during arms I tried Chris Cormier's slow eccentric and then explosive concentric shown in DMX's Lionel Brown thread recently.
