I've been doing the 2 gallon/day water thing all this past week and today. I probably average actually 1.75 gal. A couple nights ago I got up 4 or 5 times to take really a really long piss each time. I'm just doing it right now for pre-contest purposes and I'm usually close to a bathroom.

It's too late. I picked up more raw cashews. But I was looking at the two. One was roasted and the other was labeled raw. Figured raw would be "cleaner"?
