Tonight's workout plan...
Monday - Quads and Biceps
Quads
Squat 4x12,10,8,6
Hack squat 4x12,10,8,6
Db step up 4x12,10,8,6
Biceps
Chin up 4x10
Db incline curl 3x10,8,6

DB step ups can be brutal if you super set them with a hack or leg press move.

Erased it all. It was 9:15 not 9:45. Duh.
Squat racks were filled with people, so I started with hacks. I'm worse at hack squats than I am at regular squats (which is hard to believe, but true) and then used too much weight on the step ups. Also socialized too much and didn't get to biceps at all. >:-(
Like I said a few posts back... NOT on track.
