I just finished a chicken breast and an orange Vitamin Water Zero. Have been following a keto meal plan. Not really paying attention to my numbers. Was down ten pounds and my %BF (based on an Omron gizmo at Gold's) went from 21 to 17 or something like that.
Was 182 lbs. Sunday morning and then 188.6 lbs. after a day at work and that cheat meal. If I'm not down a few pounds next Sunday then I'll have to consider doing cardio and cutting down on my peanut butter consumption.
There are still three slices left, but you'll have to fight my uncle for them! :-)
