    How many kcals you going to start with and how are you breaking down your protein, carbs, and fat? Going with a higher carb approach this go around? or still sticking to lower carbs and higher fats?

    Glad I am not the only one who drinks coffee with everything haha

    What about the elliptical? When I first started going back to the gym, I was too heavy to take a pounding on the treadmill sprinting but the elliptical was just fine. In fact I'm still using it almost exclusively, except for the stair master every now and then, even 40# later
