True keto is still under 40-50g of net carbs. So going 100% 0 carb (and literally 0 carb) may still hinder progress and not be necessary.
I would still make sure you get some veggies and other sources of food (Beef, Whole Eggs etc...) Variety, saturated fats etc all play a vital aspect onto your health especially in a deficit.
have you ever attempted a TKD (with some pre/post workout carbs) or how that may have treated you?

One thing I will say with keto. i ran it for about 6-8 weeks on my contest prep and found my digestion much better. Energy was pretty decent for being in a deficit, and hunger was in much better control (Due to higher fat). Granted Fat was not that high for how deep I was in prep. But I have my fats around 100g on off days right now, and those days are loaded with coconut oil, whole eggs, and beef and I never really think about my next meal because of how much they provide satiety. The one nice thing about keto is convenience of keeping meals very simple and portable ( i would do like whey + peanut butter for meals on the go or at work) and make basic stirfrys with veggies, eggs, ground turkey, ground beef, or chicken + coconut/olive oil.
Gets the job done, You have responded well to keto in the past, so why not rock what works best for you Just curious if you ever have done a TKD. For some it works wonders. I do know you enjoy your refeeds/cheats as well.
