    Moving up a little on weights if you're feeling good is an excellent idea; it IS called resistance exercise, after all.

    Up 15 on seated row, seated curl, lat pulldown, seated leg curl, leg extension, & up 20 for the seated leg press.

    I did have recent blood work, but this was a donation. My 39th unit for Central PA Blood Bank. That’s just shy of five gallons. I’d already donated a gallon in the Lancaster area, about an hour west of here.

    Knock on wood, nothing serious has hit me recently.

    Oh, and I’m not bragging on a few gallons donated. The one man said he received a blood donation from someone who’d donated 41 gallons!
