Yes. Just re-signed up for a black card membership. I had a black card previously but it lapsed with a change of insurance.
Uh, not yet. lol I've never had my diet or my training on point in nearly or, wait, more than forty years. (sigh) The gym has always been fun and a source of positive energy or mood. Can't argue with that at all.

Moving up a little on weights if you're feeling good is an excellent idea; it IS called resistance exercise, after all.
Up 15 on seated row, seated curl, lat pulldown, seated leg curl, leg extension, & up 20 for the seated leg press.

I did have recent blood work, but this was a donation. My 39th unit for Central PA Blood Bank. That’s just shy of five gallons. I’d already donated a gallon in the Lancaster area, about an hour west of here.
Knock on wood, nothing serious has hit me recently.
