I almost should stand on a bench to get full ROM. The movement is a cross between upright rowing and some kind of mutated drag curl monstrosity. Actually, should probably just do one-arm db rows.
The wide grip pulldowns were the best part of that workout, imo. Really felt them.

It's very safe to say I don't know wtf I'm doing.
I like Jason Ferruggia's low volume workouts, but am following a higher volume 4-on/1-off Gaspari Nutrition routine since I have a ton of time to workout during the summer (I teach).
Got to the gym late and dropped lunges and stiff-leg deads, but those aren't critical, imo, anyway. I have about a millions issues that are counterproductive to developing strength. lol Still, the gym is fun for me and even "recreational" lifting is a healthy activity.
Plus the counter lady at Gold's is around my age and a doll. Honestly, lots of great people at that gym (near my home) and at Planet Fitness (near my work).
I don't hit the bars at all and I don't attend church, so the gym is my social club or outlet, definitely.
What's your training program or routine like?

1. YouTube reps
YouTube reps: The extra repetitions on any exercise that a person may complete knowing that their friends and other viewers will witness their performance on YouTube.
"Yeah, I normally woulda failed at six, but I got ten with my YouTube reps!"

Good God, that buzzing was horrible.
That's some slow, deliberate form you have there, Curt.

What's their specialty or area of focus?
I was always a kid who loved to draw. My family steered me into Saturday morning art classes (still bitter about missing Saturday a.m. cartoons) where I painted with oils, acrylics, and used pen and ink and watercolors, too.
High school years was not really artistically inclined. Entered a few little contests and drew cartoons for my friends.
Spent five years in the Navy as a journalist (some photography in that, but nothing especially artsy) and then entered college for English. Switched to art after receiving some encouragement from a non-Art major art professor who taught an art class for the gen ed types.
Her encouragement and, yeah, a course on my transcript titled Transformational Grammar sealed the deal and I graduated with a BA in art.
Didn't do anything with the degree from 1992 until 1997 when I decided to pursue art education as a career. It's been a great decision and occupation. Kids are brutally honest, something lacking in many work environments, and I have the chance to encourage my students to enjoy art as opposed to being told they "can't draw a straight line."
I've had more than one person share their stories of hypercritical art teachers. That ain't me. And, honestly, give me a break, it's elementary school! If children don't deserve some encouragement at that age then when?
