So I'm currently 9 days into my research and have been using the following routine: 10 mcg once a day non bilaterally and pwo on workout days, basically daves method but due to the amount I purchased the math came to 10 instead of 11 and I have an extra 4 weeks. I was thinking of changing to perhaps 20 - 30 mcgs bilaterally on workout days only. My concern is that because I'm doing DC training will 3 days a week be enough? Also not sure what the cause is but the first 5 days or so I would really feel the hunger but now its practically gone... Another cause for this may be because I forgot ur not supposed to shake the vial and I did turn it upside down anc back up a few times before injecting to make sure the off was mixed throughout; could this have ruined the off and be why I don't feel the sides anymore? My other guess would be because its such a low dose. Thanks
