    Default PT-141 (Bremelanotide)

Developed from the popular Melanotan II, PT-141 activates the melanocortin receptors MC3-R and MC4-R in the central nervous system. Giving users the benefits normally thought of as the side effects of MTII...

No tanning properties come along with the PT-141, however, users experience a strong increase in sexual arousal and take advantage of the "spontaneous erections" described my MTII users. Also strong sexual endurance increases are reported as well.

PT-141 has been studied by both male and female users. The sexual arousal that comes with PT-141 is strong and very prominent so be ready.

Dosage should start small so that users can see how they respond. A good starting point is .25mg then bumping to .5mg daily...

I definitely will have to say if anyone has a problem with tadalafil or sildenafil this is the ticket for a libido enhancer.

Hey SwoleChamp...I do seem to run into you a lot Bro. An interesting point of interest in regard to PT-141 is that is does not decrease Serotonin (5-hydroxytryptamine 5-HT) nor increase the break down rate and in short term or acute use there has been no noted down regulation of D-1 or D-2 receptors or receptor sensitivity. (These are the dopamine recptors that make you think "happy thoughts" and achieve orgasms. As a rule anything exogenous that increases libido (Other than being 15 years old) tends to trigger an increase in prolactin production while decreaseing the physiological actions of dopamine and/or serotonin. Interesting compound with more potential than just sex...which in itself is quite enough of course.

ive never seen anything about the messed up sperm...peptides work via gh/insulin routes with the exception of the melanotans...the benefit of pt-141 actually is the side effect of MtII but more enhanced..so in short, no worries about screwing up your sperm quality according to all my research..the only ones that are gonna spike your test would be the GnRh but thats another thread all together....could always just get her on bc...

AICA ribonucleotide or AICAR (aminoimidazole carboxamide ribonucleotide) is an intermediate in the generation of inosine monophosphate, which acts as an AMP-activated protein kinase agonist.[1] It stimulates glucose uptake and increases the activity of p38 mitogen-activated protein kinases α and β in skeletal muscle tissue,[2] as well as suppressing apoptosis by reducing production of reactive oxygen compounds inside the cell.[3]
In 2008, researchers at the Salk Institute discovered that AICAR given to experimental mice significantly improves their performance in endurance-type exercise, apparently by converting fast-twitch muscle fibers to the more energy-efficient, fat-burning, slow-twitch type. They also looked at the administration of GW 501516 (also called GW1516) in combination with AICAR. Given to mice that did not exercise, this combination activated 40% of the genes that were turned on when mice were given GW1516 and made to exercise. This suggests it may be possible to obtain some of the benefits of exercising without actually exercising.[4] Because of the enhanced endurance effects, this could potentially be used by athletes to enhance their performance. One of the lead researchers from this study has developed a urine test to detect it and has made the test available to the International Olympic Committee, and the World Anti-Doping Agency has added AICAR to the prohibited list from 2009 onwards.[5]

My pleasure Bro. You have a good grasp of the kinetics physiologically speaking (rare thing everyone. Many can quote books and references while others can talk about experience in research sciences. The kinetics's can often defy the classical belief so knowledge from both ends is rare) in regard to peptides (amino acid messengers for those of you who do not know the importance or relationship) and do well explaining them. You know I live for knowledge in application, so just giving credit where credit is due while enjoying the conversation. Keep up the great work Bro.

Not to get into an advertising post here but HumaPro would be just another hype product without the correct amino acid sequencing and the kinetics evolved...same is true of peptides and Kudos to my boy SwoleChamp for understanding this while sharing the research knowledge.
