WOW, I have never seen anyone at that age even close to that condition.
Very impressive. I would have never guessed he was 77!

Tight is right! Ok and here's the thing. Aging has not hurt strength much yet, size stii comes at the same rate, too slow, but getting and staying tight seems to go from fairly easy to problematic to difficult. Any one have any great insights (aside from cutting carbs, train faster or more reps,) that those of us without time machines can use to get and stay tighter??

Once I was at my late wifes dermotolgist where she was having Botox done to lift damage fom her stroke. The technician goofed and started an xtra syringe. She said "no charge Bill if you want me to do you". "Why not" I said and my face was wrinkle free and 20 years younger within a week. Just like Nico above..... I can spot Botox a mile away. Unfortunatly it lasted only 3 months.

As always, I really did your threads Mike. I often fear aging, this takes away some of the feelings I have with this!

"Age Before Beauty"
One of my favorite songs, by The Ides of March, about aging gracefully.
Back in '67 we had barely begun
We though we were the Beatles
So we followed the sun
Youth wasn't wasted on the young
As the years went by
It was a matter of will
A little bit older, still chasin' the thrill
Still burnin' rubber flyin' over that hill
Chorus
And it's age before beauty
Strength over time
Down in a blaze of glory
The fountain of youth is a state of mind
So move over cutie
It's age before beauty
Forget about the fashion
Let them pass you by
They come around full circle
In a blink of an eye
Flower power, bell bottoms, ticket to ride
Repeat Chorus
Clear as day, I can still remember
They turned it up and called it rock and roll
Three chords strong and a rebel spirit
Baby we're still learning
We'll keep that fire burning
Baby there ain't nothing new under the sun
Repeat Chorus

Love those lyrics Mike. It is a state of mind. I think of myself as in my 40s quite frankly. My music is AC DC and Guns and Roses. My car is a hot roded SHO that loves to chase Vets. My bike is a custom chopper. My fiancee is a 40 year old HOT Latina. My hobbys are weight lifting and SEX. My aim is to keep these wheels rollin for another decade or two. Perhaps when i'm 80 I will feel 50.

Age is just a state of mind as far as I am concerned.....I honestly don't think about it. 25...35...45...or now at 55...I still look at myself in my mind's eye the same way.I think those of us who train and stay in great shape look at aging in a completely different light than those who don't.
On the competitive side... the widespread use of gh today definitely has revolutionized the look of Master's bodybuilding.
